Headwaters Outfitters is dedicated to providing family-friendly outings along the French Broad River, and beyond: from big groups of 20 family members to the most elite fisher men and women! Their customer service is unmatched and their proud of that.

As a small family owned and operated outfitter in Rosman, N.C., they are passionate about sharing their knowledge of Western North Carolina’s natural resources, their love for Appalachian Mountains, and the outdoor recreation opportunities found along the French Broad River Watershed!

Jessica Whitmire was raised in this family business and returned after a short teaching career to serve as the Director of Operations of Headwaters. She is entering her sixth year in this position leading the family business.
