Why I Love Living In A Small Mountain Town
I remember sitting with friend in a coffee shop several years ago telling him my family and I were moving to Hendersonville, North Carolina. I could tell he was trying to be supportive with his words, but his facial expressions told a different story. He asked great questions, but they seemed to be shrouded more in concern than support. My friend asked a few more pointed questions and then finally asked me what I was most excited about.
This is what I remember telling him…
I want to raise my family in a small mountain town with a much slower pace of life than what we had been used to up to that point, and where the things we enjoy doing are right out our front door as opposed to traveling hours to get there.
